The spirits are high in the ‘lion’s den’, Kings XI Punjab. Under the mentorship of Coach Anil Kumble and Captain KL Rahul, the team is all set to prove their metal in IPL2020. The team topped the league table and finished as runner ups in the year 2014. There haven’t been any major changes in the team this year, except Yuvraj Singh has not been included in the team.
During the IPL auction Glenn Maxwell 1(0.75 Crore), Sheldon Cottrel(8.50 Crore), Chris Jordan(3 Crore), and others were added to the team. The style and spirit of Punjab is alive in the team and they looked fresh as ever during their practice sessions for IPL2020 in UAE.
