Ingredients: 2 tbsp ghee 2 kg khoya (reduced milk) 300 gm sugar 200 gm sugar + 1 liter of water (for the sugar syrup) Method: Heat ghee in a pan and add khoya. Stir continuously over medium heat until it turns uniformly brown (about 30 minutes). In a separate pan, boil water and sugar until fully dissolved, then remove from heat. Once the khoya reaches a deep brown color, add sugar and cook until it is fully dissolved. Gradually add the sugar syrup, stirring until fully combined. Continue cooking for another 5-8 minutes.
